ESM has introduced a whistleblower system that gives you the opportunity to inform us about violations of legal regulations and\/or compliance rules and hereby contribute to their detection.<\/p>\n
Meeting legal requirements and internal compliance rules is a top priority for ESM and is accordingly embedded in our corporate policy. ESM is committed to identifying violations as soon as possible to initiate appropriate countermeasures and avert possible damage to customers, employees, business partners, and ESM as a company.<\/p>\n

Information can be submitted by ESM employees as well as by third parties.<\/p>\n
If desired, you can submit your tip anonymously. Please include as many details as possible and, if available, documents that support your suspicions. After all, your tip can only have an impact if it leads to sufficiently concrete investigative approaches and possibilities of providing evidence.<\/p>\n
We will investigate all tips. In connection with their processing, we ensure the highest level of confidentiality in dealing with the whistleblower. This also applies to any employees affected by an allegation.<\/p>\n
