Machine mounts are used for the elastic mounting of free-standing generators and other machines.
ESM machine mounts (patent-protected) insulate the structure-borne noise generated, and damp the vibrations of the generator and machine frame.
These mounts are used not only for generators, but also for other machines such as oil pumps, emergency power units and stationary diesel engines.
Depending on the type of bearing, the integrated height adjustment enables levelling of the generator by up to 13 mm. All mounts are also equipped with a stop, in order to reliably transmit the tensile stresses occurring in the event of a short-circuit. |
Our generator mounts are of course designed to the requirements of the relevant system type. To protect them against corrosion, the metal components can be galvanized, hot dip galvanized or manufactured of stainless steel. |
New developed horizontal adjustment ESM generator mounts are now available with an integrated horizontal adjustment device in addition to the possibility of vertical adjustment.
The horizontal adjustment is done by a hexagon screw which is accessible alternatively from outside or inside. The vertical adjustment is done by a hexgon wrench from above through the hole in the generator foot. |
The generator is fixed to the generator mount by a screw M24. The horizontal adjustment continuously possible in a range of ±5mm. The height of the generator mount is continuously adjustable from 132mm to 142mm. Other heights are available upon request. |

Examples
Thanks to its particularly flat design, the generator mount ML 99/019 can be installed in even the most restricted spaces, enabling a height adjustment of 13 mm. |
Because of its robust and compact design, the generator mount ML 99/016 is particularly suitable for installation in very restricted spaces, enabling a height adjustment of 10 mm. |
The particularly robust machine mount ML 97/016 can transmit large forces in the vertical thrust and tension direction and in the horizontal direction. |
